'You Have Not Seen Tomorrow.' Well, of course you haven't. But, I have seen tomorrow for you. For all of the players that I coach, students that I mentor, and youth that I lead, I have seen tomorrow for them. Understanding the level of support needed to get through a tough time. Presenting the necessary amount of work it will take to earn a position. Developing the correct path in order to reach a certain goal. That's my job. As a coach, mentor, leader, it's necessary to understand the impact of decisions in necessary areas while being able to provide clarity. And, I am comfortably able to do that because for them, 'I Have Seen Tomorrow.' Lock In!
