Teaching Leadership

Quite frankly, I am advocating that Leadership be taught by all educators in all content areas. By educator, I am not only referring to school, but I am referencing anyone in a position to teach. Any space that there is an opportunity to learn. It needs to be present. Leadership is different from the skill that is being taught. At the same time, it develops the person even more than the skill being learned. And, these qualities add a value that can't be measured by wins or losses. Lock in!
