Feedback Loop 2.0

Just when we thought we left the conversation where it was, we found ourselves right back where we started. I'm not sure if it was due to the nature of the loop, or the effectiveness of the feedback. Either way, we were tasked to revisit the conversation called, the 'Feedback Loop'. Honestly, were you locked in last week? Did you buy into the conversation about the 4 parts of the loop? Do you understand your part? And not just the talking, but more importantly, how you listen. We can't move on until you do! You definitely can't move forward until you do. We will be back next week.
