Connecticut and Elite are two words that most wouldn't thing belong together. CT is the third smallest state, and many think it lacks opportunity. Which is just the opposite of Elite. But, Connecticut does have talent. It's a rich state in numerous ways. And not to mention, it is the basketball capital of the world!
