Co-(ach) Parenting explores a hidden dynamic in youth sports and development: when coaches are asked - knowingly or unknowingly - to step into roles that go beyond the game. Too often, kids come to the field or court carrying gaps in guidance, love, or structure that should have been nurtured at home.
