Remember how popular the phrase, ‘30 is the new 20’ became? It was cute. I think people were referring more to age and beauty. Cute. But, the deeper meaning is exactly what’s impacting us now. Things aren’t that important in the 20s anymore, so let’s waste our time for another decade and get serious in our 30s! No learning, no growth, lower standards. Yup, today. Less learning, less growth, low standards. But, the rewards are the same as if the work is being done at a high level! That C learning and growth, is being rewarded with As! Keep this up and it’s going to take longer than a decade to catch up. 50 will be the new 20 soon. Lock in!
